Retail Sales Associate, also known as an "Appointment Setter" Hourly Pay +
Uncapped Commission Average First-Year Earnings:

How You Will Be Rewarded Competitive Hourly base pay Uncapped commission opportunities Paid training and ongoing coaching 401(k) with Company Match Employee Stock Purchase Program Tuition Assistance Programs Career advancement opportunities Performance-based trips, incentives, and recognition programs Responsibilities As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll work inside one of our retail partner stores, talking with shoppers, introducing them to Sunrun's solar and battery solutions, and setting appointments for interested homeowners to meet with a Sunrun Sales Expert.
Your responsibilities will include:
Talk with customers and create a positive experience Educate homeowners about solar energy and battery storage Generate interest in Sunrun's products and services Schedule appointments for interested homeowners Meet performance goals and earn uncapped commissions What We're Looking For This role is a great fit for people with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, wireless sales, cell phone sales, restaurants, or other customer-facing positions.
Successful candidates typically have:
Strong communication and customer service skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset Retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or service industry experience preferred, but not required Schedule & Requirements Flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile territory Ability to stand and move throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 25 pounds About Sunrun Since 2007, Sunrun has helped lead the clean energy revolution, becoming America's #1 home solar and battery company.
