Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of renewable energy solutions. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our solar products and services, engaging with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, community events, and other outside sales channels. Your passion for energy solutions, combined with your excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge, will empower homeowners and businesses to make sustainable choices. Duties Conduct outside sales activities including door-to-door outreach, community events, and targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and build a strong customer pipeline. Present compelling solar energy solutions tailored to each customer's needs, emphasizing benefits such as cost savings, environmental impact, and energy independence. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively throughout the sales cycle. Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring clarity on project scope, financing options, and installation timelines. Collaborate with technical teams to understand product specifications and assist customers in understanding system performance and benefits. Develop multilingual sales strategies to reach diverse communities, leveraging bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a broader audience. Maintain excellent customer service by providing timely responses, guiding clients through the purchasing process, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or energy sales, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry. Strong background in marketing techniques and lead generation strategies such as door-to-door canvassing or community outreach. Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases across different communities. Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively while maintaining customer trust. Experience working with CRM software and technical sales tools is preferred.
