The Opportunity This is a door-to-door, commission-based sales role covering roofing and solar. You will be in the field speaking with homeowners daily, generating leads, setting appointments You are the face of JAF in every neighborhood you work.
PAY COMPONENT DETAILS
Sit Fee $50 per qualified sit (must meet criteria) Per-Deal Commission $1,000 - $4,000 based on system size & adders Average Rep Earnings $8,000 - $10,000/month on full schedule Earning Potential Uncapped — your output is your ceiling Pay is performance-based. The sit fee rewards your activity. The deal commission rewards your skill. The combination means you get paid for showing up AND for closing — a structure designed to keep motivated reps earning every day, not just when they land a sale.

3 qualified Welcome Calls per month We work these hours because they work. Homeowners are home. Decisions get made. That said, we understand life happens — if you have scheduling restrictions, bring them to the table and we will work with you where we can. What we will not flex on is effort. If you are out there, be out there. What You'll Do Knock residential doors in assigned territories Tuesday-Saturday Qualify homeowners for roofing and/or solar assessments Set Welcome Calls and coordinate with our closer team Build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence Represent the JAF, SunnyMac, and Owens Corning brands with professionalism Track your own activity, learn from your data, and improve week over week What We Offer $50 per qualified sit — you get paid for your time in the field $1,000-$4,000 per deal closed depending on system requirements and adders Avg. rep earnings of $8,000-$10,000/month on a full schedule Fully uncapped earning potential — no ceiling, no salary cap Backing of two nationally recognised brands: SunnyMac and Owens Corning A team that understands the mental grind of D2D and supports you through it Flexible scheduling discussions for reps with legitimate restrictions Real growth opportunity — reps who perform get more territory and more opportunity Let's be honest — this role is not for everyone. $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
