Job Description Job Description We're building a solar sales organization and looking for both Setters and Closers to own territories in New Jersey.
The Opportunity:
Own your territory completely Earn $50k-$100k+ annually (depends on role and performance) No micromanagement : you work your own way Flexible schedule Leadership pathway: Top producers who are strong teammates can build and manage their own teams
What We Need:
Closers:
Ability to close 10+ deals/month, sales experience, hungry mindset.
Setters:
Strong phone skills, ability to set 20+ appointments/month, coachable
What You'll Do:
Closers:
Knock doors, close homeowners on solar
Setters:
Phone follow-up, appointment setting, lead qualification
Compensation:
