Overview Join our dynamic team as a Solar Sales Consultant and become a vital part of transforming energy solutions for homeowners and businesses. In this energetic role, you will drive the growth of our solar energy offerings by engaging potential clients, educating them on the benefits of renewable energy, and guiding them through the sales process. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through company leads, community events, and other outside sales activities to generate leads and build relationships. Present tailored solar energy solutions by explaining technical details, financial benefits, and environmental impact clearly and confidently. Utilize CRM software such as HubSpot to track prospects, follow up on leads, and manage customer information efficiently. Negotiate contracts and close sales by addressing customer questions, overcoming objections, and demonstrating value. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement across multilingual communities. Conduct thorough customer needs assessments to recommend customized solar solutions that meet their energy goals. Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to post-installation follow-up. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, especially in energy sales or technical sales environments. Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate with diverse client bases. Experience in generating leads. Knowledge of solar technology, energy systems, or related technical fields is advantageous but not required—training will be provided.
