In this energetic role, you will leverage your outside sales expertise to connect with potential customers, educate them on solar energy benefits, and generate new business opportunities. Your enthusiasm and leadership will help homeowners and businesses harness clean, sustainable energy solutions. This position offers an exciting chance to grow your sales career while making a positive impact on the environment and community. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through door-to-door outreach, community events, and local marketing initiatives to promote solar energy solutions Conduct detailed consultations to assess customer needs, explain technical solar products, and present tailored proposals Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively Negotiate terms and close sales by demonstrating value, addressing objections, and building strong customer relationships Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation in target markets Maintain a high level of customer service by providing clear information, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth sales process Lead by example in representing the company professionally, ethically, and enthusiastically at all times Experience Proven success in outside sales, preferably within energy sales or technical sales environments Strong background in marketing strategies and lead generation techniques Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and efficiently Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of solar technology, energy systems, or related technical fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided Join us if you're passionate about renewable energy, eager to develop your sales expertise, and ready to lead the charge toward a sustainable future!
