THE OPPORTUNITY

We're a Miami-based sales organization taking over the Pennsylvania market this summer. From May 1st - End of October , we're running a high-intensity, high-reward program with one goal: Build killers who make serious money. This is high-ticket solar — not small commissions. Each deal = thousands in commission. Top reps in this program will make: $10K-$20K+/month (average performers) $20K-$30K+/month (top closers & setters)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Door-to-door outreach (this is NOT remote) Speaking directly with homeowners Setting appointments / closing deals Following a proven, step-by-step system Tracking performance daily Competing, improving, and leveling up weekly Expect to knock 6-8 hours a day Expect to be pushed Expect to grow fast
