Superior Eco Solutions is looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our Florida solar sales team. This is a door-to-door field sales position. You will be walking local neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners face-to-face, and setting appointments for qualified homeowners to learn more about solar. This is not an office job, call center job, or work-from-home position. No solar experience is required. We will train the right people who are willing to learn, stay accountable, and put in consistent effort. This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, ongoing training, and room for growth for people who want to develop real sales skills and build a high-income career.
