Aros The Engagement We're seeking experienced inside sales reps to work warm and self-generated leads from our Northern California office. You'll close high-ticket residential consultations over the phone across our product lines. This is a structured engagement. We teach you ours — or you bring your own sales methodology, your own pacing, and your own judgment about how to work your pipeline. We provide the lead flow, the products, the office space, and the back-end support to get deals across the finish line.
Lead source:
A mix of company-provided warm leads and your own self-generated pipeline. You're not cold-calling from scratch — unless that's your thing — but reps who do work cold-calling alongside our flow consistently earn more. What You'll Do Conduct booking consultations via phone with homeowners across solar, HVAC, roofing, windows, and siding Work a blend of company-supplied leads and self-generated opportunities you may bring to the table Manage your own pipeline in our CRM and follow your deals through to funding Apply your own proven sales approach if you're a vet to this field — or we'll train you on an extensive curriculum of what works for our products Who We're Looking For Closers, not order-takers. Chase records, hit numbers in solar, HVAC, roofing, windows or siding. Self-directed operators. You manage your own time, your own pipeline, and your own results. You don't need a manager riding shotgun. Phone Sales veterans especially welcome.
