Location:
Southern California / Hybrid About Us We are an established commercial construction and electrical contractor expanding into the rapidly growing energy storage and solar market. Our team delivers high-quality projects through strong operational systems, technical expertise, and disciplined execution. We are looking to add a driven sales professional who can help grow our energy storage and solar division, including Tesla Powerwall systems. The Role This role is ideal for someone who wants to play a key role in growing a high-potential division within an established company. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing leads, as well as coordinating with our Technical Manager for the sales consultations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to shape outreach efforts, refine messaging, and help develop long-term marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate understands construction and/or energy projects and knows how to build relationships and generate opportunities. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify residential and light commercial leads for battery storage, EV charging, and solar projects. Conduct outreach through referrals, networking, online platforms, and strategic partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers. Coordinate consultations and project evaluations with our Technical Manager. Maintain pipeline activity and customer follow-up through CRM systems. Assist leadership with refining messaging, target markets, and sales strategy. Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and vendors. What We're Looking For Proven experience in lead generation, sales, and/or client acquisition. Background in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
  • Construction
  • Solar, battery storage, or Tesla-related sales
