Dealer / Team

Compensation Qualified dealer partners and team leaders may receive access to redline pricing, project-based commissions, referral compensation, team overrides, and volume-based opportunities. Compensation structures may vary depending on experience, deal quality, sales channel, and monthly production volume. Individual Closer Example 22-panel solar install = $2,000 commission 1 battery = $500 commission Total commission = $2,500 on one install Income Examples 4 installs per month = $10,000+ monthly income 8 installs per month = $20,000+ monthly income 12+ installs per month = serious six-figure territory Dealer teams with consistent volume may qualify for custom redline and override structures.

Requirements Preferred qualifications:

Solar sales experience Door-to-door sales experience Active California HIS license Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners Ability to submit clean and complete project information Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based income Existing sales volume or active solar deal flow preferred California HIS license is strongly preferred.
