help homeowners reduce their electric bills and keep their homes powered through any storm. We specialize in custom-designed, high-quality solar and energy storage systems tailored to each client's unique needs. Our team is experienced, dedicated, and driven by excellence. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and competitive Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. As a trusted name in Hawaii's solar industry, we're looking for someone ready to elevate our sales team, drive results, and help us reach new goals. If you are energetic, persuasive, and passionate about educating customers while closing deals, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails Manage and nurture leads for our Big Island locations Conduct in-home consultations, as well as virtual sales appointments via Zoom and phone Design customized solar systems based on client needs Review proposals with clients, answer questions, and present options clearly Consistently follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline Maintain and expand a database of prospects Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet performance expectations and sales goals Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions Qualifications Inside sales experience preferred Strong phone presence and confidence in conducting sales conversations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening, presentation, and closing skills Proficiency with productivity tools and CRM systems Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to succeed What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is driven, coachable, and passionate about helping clients understand the benefits of solar energy. The ideal candidate is confident in closing sales and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Please note:
This is a fully in-office position. Remote work is not available at this time.

$50,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
