Commission-Based | Hybrid Max Level Electric is seeking a motivated and self-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced solar professional looking for a flexible opportunity with significant earning potential. Position Overview We are currently looking for a salesperson who can focus primarily on Saturday appointments and consultations . This role is designed to accommodate individuals who may already be working in the industry or are looking for supplemental income while building a long-term opportunity. The position is primarily remote, with the option to transition into additional onsite responsibilities in the future if desired. Responsibilities Conduct in-home solar consultations on Saturdays Educate homeowners on solar, battery storage, and energy savings opportunities Present proposals and answer customer questions Follow up with prospective clients Maintain professional communication and customer service standards Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience Qualifications Previous solar sales experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Familiarity with batteries, EV charging, and home electrification is a plus Compensation Competitive commission structure Unlimited earning potential Opportunity for performance-based bonuses Flexible schedule Why Join Max Level Electric?
