Full-time Elite Solar Closers Wanted:
The System Is Built. Just Close. You've put in the reps. You know how to run an in-home appointment, build trust at the kitchen table, and close high-ticket deals. Now imagine doing it with a company built by closers who rejected the corporate solar machine and created a system designed to help serious performers win. That's what Rogue Solar is building. We're bringing on a select group of experienced Solar Closers to run a mix of self-generated opportunities and company-set appointments in the Virginia Beach and Richmond markets. The demand is real, the infrastructure is in place, and the opportunity is built for closers who want production, integrity, and long-term upside.
What You'll Be Doing:
Running in-home appointments with homeowners and closing high-ticket solar deals through a proven consultative process Working both your own self-generated pipeline and qualified company-set appointments with strong support behind you Selling in a market built on trust, where the focus is doing right by customers while driving serious production Earning in a performance model designed for elite producers, with realistic income potential of $150K
