Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stocker and become a vital part of our fast-paced warehouse environment! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are readily available for customers. Your proactive approach will help streamline operations, improve product accessibility, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether handling produce, retail merchandise, or shipping and receiving tasks, your contributions will keep our store running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and load shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management. Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are properly labeled and organized for easy customer access. Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy. Assist in packaging products and preparing items for shipment or display. Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and retail areas. Collaborate with team members to perform shipping & receiving duties, including verifying shipments against purchase orders. Provide excellent customer service by helping shoppers locate items and answering product-related questions with clear communication skills. Requirements Prior warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Proficiency with inventory management systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklift operation is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure stock accuracy. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse teams and customers. Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks across departments and assist customers effectively. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail math is beneficial but not mandatory.
