Custom BackOffice Solutions Section Lead Position Type:

Full-Time About the Position Custom BackOffice Solutions (CBO Solutions) is seeking a dependable and motivated Section Lead to help oversee our growing package sorting operation. This is a working leadership position. The ideal candidate will actively participate in daily sorting activities while also helping coordinate workflow, support team members, monitor performance, and communicate operational needs to company leadership. The Section Lead serves as the primary point of contact on the sorting floor and plays an important role in maintaining productivity, accuracy, accountability, and a positive team environment. What You'll Do Sort packages accurately and efficiently. Assist with opening and closing shift activities. Coordinate daily workflow and labor allocation. Provide guidance and support to sort team members. Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, and safety. Train and assist new employees. Document operational concerns and incidents. Communicate observations and recommendations to leadership. Ensure compliance with Veho performance standards and operational requirements. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability. Leadership experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Comfortable coaching and assisting fellow employees. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods.
