Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under the direct supervision of store management, the Donation Attendant is responsible for greeting and assisting donors, breakdown of donations, keeping accurate donor records and providing donors excellent customer service. The Donation Attendant is also responsible to participate in all sales floor store is primarily responsible to placing merchandise on sales floor., prepares, processes, prices ad stocks merchandise and helps load/unload trucks and trailers. In addition to providing maximum security and protection of company assets.SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Follow safety policies and procedures ensuring maximum safety, security and protection of all donors and company assets. Greet all donors in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner and assist with unloading donations from vehicles. Offer all donors a donation receipt and ensure accurate count of all donors for the location are logged/recorded. Ensure all donations are broken down into categories assigned by supervisor. Ensure drive through donation areas is cleaned and organized and transport all trash to dumpster. Follow company policy and procedures.REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, along with a minimum of 1-3 months of related experience and / training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have the ability to use a pallet jack and possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Comply with all agency and program policies and procedures including confidentiality, employee conduct, computer usage and dress code. Able to work various shifts and special events to include evenings and weekends and assigned by the supervisor. Trustworthy and handle high volumes of cash daily. Strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to resolve issues in a calm and efficient manner. Meet program/department's performance and productivity standards. Adhere to the schedule agreed upon with the supervisor. Follow and model CFR's core values. Must have a valid Arizona driver's license, vehicle and meet agency liability insurance requirements. Proof ofCOVID-19

Standing, walking, sitting for extended periods of time daily; standing and walking short distances. Moderate twisting, bending, stooping and lifting up to 40 pounds in the performance of assigned duties. Ability to use a variety of office equipment and machines as referenced. Normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination required. Repeated hand-wrist movement required. The nature of the position involves a fast paced working environment with multitasking of many different duties and tasks. General daily priorities may change at a moment's notice, and the position requires quick response time and flexibility.DISCLAIMER
