We've been in business for over 25 years, growing from two to over 150 offices up and down the West Coast. We're seeking talented, hardworking merchandisers to join our team! Our merchandisers are a critical part of our operations. You will work on our front line, servicing and maintaining our sections in stores. You'll be responsible for our bulk foods sections in supermarkets, including making orders, cleaning and optimizing the displays. You'll have a set route of multiple stores from Torrance to Carson to Lynwood, servicing each store multiple times per week, working an estimated 30-34hours a week. Mileage between stores is reimbursed. Quarterly performance bonus eligible. You will do well in this role if you meet the following criteria: Strong verbal and written communication skills; you'll work with several people, both members of our team and our clients Ownership of your work and results; we're relying on you to own your area and take responsibility for results A customer-first mindset; we exist to get great food to people who want it, and want to hear your ideas and feedback to make the customer experience better Have a minimum of one year grocery merchandising experience Physical Requirements (with or without accommodation): Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for entire shift Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly Ability to drive, you must have a valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, personal vehicle insurance, and a clean DMV record.
