We are currently seeking a Stockroom Associate to join our Costa Mesa showroom team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and movement of luxury furnishings and décor while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Position Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming merchandise Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup Load, unload, and transfer merchandise to designated locations Verify shipments and inspect products for damage prior to acceptance Ensure all merchandise is handled with care and attention appropriate for luxury furnishings and décor Complete order documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe stockroom environment Follow all safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions to management Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed Support showroom operations through collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and designers Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum 1 year of warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic math and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working with designers, vendors, or in a retail furnishings environment is preferred Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional overtime may be required Compensation $18.00 - $24.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
