We are looking for an energetic, customer focused individual to join our Fallbrook location as our Product Assistant. The Product Assistant would support our Product Sample Coordinator in preparing small product sample boxes to be shipped to customers and vendors as needed. Ideal candidate has high attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions:

Prepare small sample boxes containing products to be shipped to customers and clients, as needed Ensure samples and shipping information is accurate Inspect products for defects and damages prior to shipment Escalate any product issues or shipping concerns to the Product Sample Coordinator Maintain a clean, organized area while maintaining good safety practices Other duties as assigned

High attention to detail and organizational skills Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively within a team, and across multiple departments and personality types.
