- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Organize and stock shelves with products
- Ensure products are properly labeled and priced
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Use RF scanner to track inventory and update stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Check for dates on product, perform rotation on products ```Experience```
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of stock management principles and inventory control methods
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Ability to operate a pallet jack for moving heavy items
- Proficient in using RF scanners for inventory tracking purposes
- Basic sales skills to promote products and upsell when necessary
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate labeling and pricing of products
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time
