Stockroom Associate I ?? Fremont, CA ?? $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate I to join our team in Fremont, CA. This role is responsible for managing inventory, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, and distributed to support business needs. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated storage locations Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production or shipment Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory tracking systems Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits Ensure stockroom cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance Support shipping and receiving as needed Follow standard operating procedures and company policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of stockroom, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks; forklift a plus) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
