Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stocker to join our vibrant retail team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our store's organization, ensuring that shelves are stocked, products are properly displayed, and inventory is managed efficiently. Your energy and organizational skills will help create an inviting shopping environment for customers while supporting the store's operational excellence. Responsibilities Stock shelves, produce sections, and backroom areas with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring products are fresh, organized, and accessible. Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks to manage inventory movement seamlessly within the store. Assist with shipping and receiving duties by loading and unloading merchandise safely using forklifts or manual handling techniques. Maintain inventory control through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and proper documentation of stock levels. Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays, setting up signage, and ensuring product presentation aligns with company standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries about product locations or availability. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the store environment tidy, safe, and welcoming. Experience Previous warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus. Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting regularly. Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Strong communication skills combined with excellent organizational abilities are essential for success in this role. Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is desirable; certification is a bonus but not mandatory. Knowledge of retail math, merchandising principles, and grocery store operations will help you excel in this position.
