The Role:
Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and broader corporate transactions Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, LLC agreements, LP agreements, and related transaction documents Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction workstreams Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and other advisors throughout the deal lifecycle Assist with general corporate matters and strategic business transactionsSalary & Benefits:
