Returns / RMA Company Overview Enterprise Order Solutions LLC is a fast-growing 3PL (third-party logistics) company committed to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and efficient warehouse management. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated RMA Lead to oversee daily returns operations and support the continued growth of our Returns Department. Position Summary The RMA Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Returns/RMA Department, ensuring returned merchandise is processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. This role will help lead workflow organization, assist with training team members, monitor productivity, and act as a point of contact between warehouse operations, customer service, and inventory teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with changing priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the daily operations of the RMA/Returns Department. Assign and monitor workloads to ensure returns are processed accurately and on time. Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise. Verify return documentation and ensure returned items match customer records and system information. Identify reasons for return including damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products. Ensure accurate logging and tracking of returned merchandise within internal inventory/WMS systems. Coordinate with Customer Service, Inventory Control, and Warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and return-related issues. Assist with training and coaching RMA Clerks on procedures, quality standards, and workflow expectations. Monitor department productivity, organization, and accuracy. Ensure products are properly restocked, quarantined, repackaged, or disposed of according to company procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist management with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Support additional warehouse operations and special projects as needed. Requirements Previous experience in Returns/RMA, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Operations required. Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred. Experience using warehouse inventory systems or WMS platforms preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable lifting, pushing, or pulling 50-85 pounds regularly. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic to intermediate computer skills including data entry and inventory tracking. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Reliable attendance, professionalism, and positive attitude required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a 3PL or high-volume warehouse environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience training or mentoring warehouse associates.
