Job Summary Join our Juice Bar team as a Farmers Market Associate, where your enthusiasm for fresh produce, community engagement, and local food culture will shine! In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face representing our brand, connecting with customers, promoting our products, and creating an inviting atmosphere.. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales skills, and engage with the local community. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Set up Farmers Market booth Provide product sampling to engage customers and promote vendor offerings Collect sales data and customer feedback Collect Farmers Market content that can be shared on our Instagram and TikTok Provide knowledge to customers about the product with confidence. Constantly engage with customers Represent the brand confidently and professionally Experience Previous experience in food service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for local food markets is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in person Bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with a broader community base Customer service experience demonstrating patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills is beneficial A proactive attitude with a passion for branding, community outreach, and promoting healthy lifestyles
