We are searching for a Stockroom/Inventory Clerk to join our Elevator Controls team at Vantage Elevation. Requirements We are searching for a candidate with: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or production environment Forklift certification (desired) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team Professional communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies Valid drivers license Duties and Responsibilities A typical day may include: Reading and processing customer orders, work orders, shipping requests, and requisitions Inspecting received materials for accuracy and potential discrepancies (e.g., damaged or unmarked parts) Processing and documenting Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) per established procedures Labeling and organizing materials using appropriate identification methods Recording inventory movements using company software Transferring materials from storage areas to designated locations Verifying and processing Purchase Orders (POs) and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) Assembling kits and delivering materials to requesting departments as needed Operating a forklift to transport materials and elevator controllers Reporting defective or questionable product conditions to the Production Supervisor or Team Lead Assisting with physical inventory counts Performing other duties as assigned Benefits of Working With Us $17 -$21 per hour 12.5 Vacation Days, 9 Paid Holidays and 5 Sick days Medical (Kaiser and BCBS), Dental, Vision and 401K 401(K)/ Company Match/ Non-Elective Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) …and more!
