Production Assistant (Full-time) Talitha Coffee Roasters, Inc, is a San Diego based, ethically sourced, environmentally conscious coffee roasting company that provides employment opportunities for survivors of sex trafficking. With over 15 years of experience we have built strong relationships within the coffee roasting industry and other local; survivor informed, companies. Together we have built the best team in the industry. Production Assistant Position We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of wholesale and e-commerce orders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to contribute to the success of our growing business.

Location:

On-site, 35-40 hours a week

What You'll Do:

Communicate with roaster regarding daily tasks to complete Weigh and bag roasted coffee; place roasted date label on bag, as well as company logo and coffee name label on front of bag Create coffee blends with appropriate recipes Weigh and bag tea; place company logo and tea name label on front of bag Coordinate with Administrative Assistant regarding wholesale delivery orders and pick-up orders. Pack delivery orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and other days as needed, for delivery personnel. Make notes on invoice regarding packing status Double-check all delivery and pick-up orders Create labels for coffee and tea on label maker. Maintain ample amount of extra labels for easy usage Receive inventory when shipped to the company. Review invoice for correct shipment and store new inventory in correct placement Report inventory that is low in quantity to Office Manager for reorder Maintain clean and organized inventory stock Restock retail section of café with coffee and tea Clean roasting machine and café espresso machines Maintain cleanliness in all store areas

Requirements:
