Here at Tipsy Tanks Pools we designs and install elevated stock tank pool experiences for homeowners, short-term rentals, and design-forward outdoor spaces across California and beyond. THE ROLE

The Tank Prep Assistant is a hands-on, in-person W-2 position based at our Santa Clarita facility. You're the person behind the product - prepping tanks and system components before every installation. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in precision, works well independently, and finds real satisfaction in knowing that what they do directly impacts the finished product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Tank Preparation Clean, sand, and prepare stock tanks for primer and paint Drill necessary holes per company specifications Inspect tanks for defects, seam issues, or irregularities before prep continues Stage tanks for finishing, installation, or delivery once fully prepped Equipment and Filter Box Preparation Assemble and prepare filter boxes and system components per company standards Label, stage, and organize equipment for upcoming installations Verify all components are present, properly assembled, and functioning before they leave your hands Quality Control and Organization Follow all Tipsy Tank Pools SOPs, preparation checklists, and procedures Maintain clean, organized prep areas at all times Flag any defects, inconsistencies, or material issues to management immediately Assist with light inventory tracking and material restocking Safety and Compliance Follow all workplace safety procedures per OSHA guidelines and company protocols Properly use and maintain required PPE (gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, and any task-appropriate gear) Safely operate tools and equipment with awareness of your surroundings and teammates Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to management right away Support Provide additional support to installation and delivery teams during peak production periods as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable Accommodations Able to follow step-by-step processes and company SOPs Basic tool knowledge a plus (sanders, drills, hand tools) — not required Strong work ethic and ability to work independently No pool experience necessary — we train you COMPENSATION and

SCHEDULE

$20.00-$23.00/hour, based on experience Minimum, 15-25 hours/week Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm availablity needed, flexibility within those business hours if needed. Non-Exempt W-2 employee, overtime eligible per California law Seasonal Spring/Summer role with potential for year-round work based on performance and business need
