PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

To ensure the quality/availability of NS' parts inventories and provide oversight of receiving, storage, and dispensing/ shipping of stockroom parts. Further, to assist the Stockroom Lead and Purchasing Manager in support of the overall company and department's goals. 2.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education and Experience Background:

High School diploma or GED with a minimum of three years experience in a high output stockroom, shipping, and receiving department.

Skills and Knowledge:

 Must work well within a framework;  Detail-oriented and quality-focused;  Communicate effectively, establishes positive working relationships;  Must be dependable and on-time;  Structure tasks and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines and accomplish department goals;  Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving including freight forwarding, tracking, inspection, and common carrier shipping (highly preferred);  Inventory control knowledge (preferred);  Understanding of RGA processes (preferred);  Diverse knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts, hardware, and equipment (preferred);  Must show a willingness to learn new duties; 3.

TRAINING REQUIRED

Training will be provided through Supervisors/Management Rep. during the 90-day probationary period and will be provided periodically throughout the year.  Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and Safety Policies;  NS Corporation's Employee Handbook.  ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS): Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms as required. -Company conducts E-verify, -
