Age Required 21 We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cashier/Stocker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to learn the ins and outs of retail operations.

Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing product information as needed.
• Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process refunds as required.
• Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring that products are neatly arranged and easily accessible.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, stockroom, and parking lot.
• Provide support to other team members as needed, including covering shifts or helping with special projects.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a cashier or stocker is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with a point-of-sale system.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
