Overtime pay, Employee discount, 10% raise potential after 100 days Promotion & Commission Opportunities .Job OverviewCrystal King is seeking 2 to 5 reliable, detail-oriented Livesale & Shipping Assistants to join our growing livestream auction team. This role focuses on managing customer inquiries, packing orders, and prepping shipments, with a direct promotion track to become an on-camera Live Show Host .This position starts at $20.00/hour with an opportunity for a 10% raise following a successful 100-day probationary review. We offer flexible 8-to-10-hour shifts, overtime opportunities, and a generous employee discount.

Assistants who demonstrate strong product knowledge, high energy, and excellent customer engagement will be eligible for promotion to Live Show Host . Upon promotion following a performance review, you will transition to a compensation structure that includes base pay plus sales commission for the live shows you host.
Key Responsibilities After-Show Order Packing:
Safely, securely, and efficiently package crystal orders placed during the live shows.
Shipping & Labeling:
Print, organize, and apply shipping labels accurately to ensure swift transit to buyers.
In-App Customer Support:
Review and answer customer questions directly through the Whatnot app during and after the broadcast.
Show Preparation:
Organize the packing station and prep raw shipping materials before the live events begin.
Live Show Support:
Assist with managing the chat, pinning items, and learning the hosting process. Qualifications Experience with e-commerce fulfillment, packing fragile items, or printing shipping labels. Familiarity with the Whatnot app interface is highly preferred. Energetic, charismatic personality with an interest in moving on-camera to host live sales. Ability to work flexible daily shifts (8-10 hours) and handle physical packing tasks efficiently.
