Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our dynamic retail team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory throughout the store. Duties Stock shelves, aisles, and display areas with merchandise, ensuring products are accurately labeled and attractively presented Use RF scanners and warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to receive, unload, and organize shipments Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, monitoring product levels, and reporting discrepancies Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage areas, backroom, and sales floor to promote safety and efficiency Support merchandising efforts by arranging products according to planograms and promotional displays Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product locations or availability in a friendly manner Skills Strong inventory management skills with experience using RF scanners and warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts Proven ability to lift heavy loads safely during stocking, unloading, or moving merchandise Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual) preferred to serve diverse customer needs Warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures, stock replenishment, and inventory control systems Knowledge of retail math for accurate stock counts, pricing, and sales transactions Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards Exceptional organizational skills to keep stock areas tidy and accessible at all times Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills to assist shoppers effectively Basic retail sales knowledge including cashiering, merchandising, produce handling (if applicable), and grocery store operations Maintenance skills for routine cleaning of work areas and equipment upkeep Join our team where your proactive attitude and dedication will make a real difference!
