POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Associate to join our team who will ensure the store's stock levels are maintained, products are well-organized, and the store is presented in an orderly and appealing manner. You will be a product expert to educate, inform, and outfit the customer for any occasion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Unload deliveries, organize and stock products on racks and displays to ensure they are easily accessible to customers Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed Ensure items are properly tagged with accurate pricing and signage Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition, reporting any discrepancies or damage. Ensure store inventory is regularly inspected, removed, or rotated according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule Assist customers with their shopping needs Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Previous retail or stock experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Lift and/or move up to approximately 60 pounds frequently Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to become an expert on BYLT product knowledge Fast-paced energy level Dependability Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
