In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized, fully stocked store environment that delights customers and supports sales. Your proactive approach will ensure inventory accuracy, proper product placement, and efficient store operations. With your enthusiasm and attention to detail, you'll help create a welcoming shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. This paid position offers opportunities to develop valuable skills in inventory management, customer service, and retail operations. Duties Manage inventory levels through accurate stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing backroom storage Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks to efficiently load, unload, and transport products within the store or warehouse Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and packaging areas to promote safety and efficiency Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring proper signage is in place Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, locating items, and offering friendly support Perform heavy lifting as needed to move merchandise safely and efficiently throughout the store Requirements Previous warehouse or retail experience preferred but not required; training provided for all new team members Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and effectively Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and stock management Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Capable of performing physical tasks including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and repetitive movements Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail math is advantageous but not mandatory A proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
