7-ELEVEN Sales Associate/Cashier/Customer Service/Stock

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for our customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to provide informed recommendations. Supervise stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and sales. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area. Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering customer calls. Assist with training new staff members on cash register operations and customer service protocols. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
