Produce Associate

Job Purpose As a Produce Associate, you'll work collaboratively with a small fun and vibrant warehouse team to prepare and/or package top quality produce! You'll have a range of other duties that help get great local food to our customers, detailed below. This shift is every week, Tuesday-Friday. 25-30 hours per week. Shift begins at 7am. This position pays $500 week. We are proud to offer a free weekly produce box to all members of our team!

Primary Responsibilities:

Commit to being a strong and reliable member of a team that is dedicated to the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Pack every box efficiently, correctly and with a high standard of quality Work to support the overall goals of the team Support an injury-free workplace Use good judgment in evaluating produce quality and packaging Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene and workplace sanitation Help organize, pack, clean, and prepare for the following day Load and unload pack lines Unload and properly store inbound delivery items Understand and carry out all assigned duties and tasks for any and every station Carry out all duties, expressed or otherwise, as assigned by management

Requirements:

7:00 am start time Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift 40 lbs .
