Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stocker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse and retail environments operate smoothly and efficiently. This energetic position involves managing inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You'll be the backbone of our supply chain, supporting sales, customer service, and operational excellence through your proactive approach and attention to detail. Duties Receive, unload, and organize shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to ensure accurate inventory placement Stock shelves efficiently while maintaining proper product placement for easy access and visual appeal Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including loading and unloading merchandise safely and efficiently Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to enhance store presentation Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse or retail area by performing routine cleaning and organization tasks Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product location and answering questions in multiple languages if needed Operate heavy lifting equipment safely during stock replenishment or warehouse maintenance tasks Support packaging, labeling, and preparing products for sale or shipment according to company standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and meet sales goals Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control accuracy Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be offered if needed Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, or retail math enhances your fit for this role Join us as a Stocker and become an essential part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences while maintaining operational excellence.
