In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized, clean, and stocked warehouse environment that ensures smooth product flow from receiving to sales floor. Your proactive approach will help optimize inventory management, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our store. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills while working in a fast-paced retail setting. Whether handling heavy lifting or operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, your efforts will directly impact our ability to serve customers efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect shipments using RF scanners and warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Organize and stock produce, grocery items, and retail products on shelves according to merchandising standards Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory records, and ensuring accuracy through proper documentation Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including preparing products for shipment or transfer within the store Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse area through routine cleaning and maintenance tasks Support customer service efforts by helping locate products, answering questions, and providing a friendly shopping experience Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure efficient stocking, merchandising, and inventory management Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred; familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Proficiency with inventory management systems and RF scanners; experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a bonus for serving diverse customer needs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and productivity goals Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your skills in stocking, inventory management, customer service, and teamwork will shine.
