Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our roastery. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties Work as part of a fast-paced team to fulfill wholesale and retail orders accurately and efficiently Operate the weigh and fill machines, band sealers, scales and grinder Support fulfillment work including prepping bags/boxes, bagging coffee, organizing product, packing orders, grinding coffee, receiving deliveries, doing inventory, maintaining logs and communicating effectively with fulfillment colleagues Deliver orders to each cafe Deliver all orders for shipping the same day they are filled Communicate with team members on a regular basis to ensure accurate fulfillment and production Show initiative, present a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take direction Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Support others and show respect for all

From $15.00 per hour
