Full Time Shift Leader

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Full Time Shift Leader to join our team. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth shift operations and adherence to company policies. Manage team members by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and efficient workforce. Oversee customer service interactions, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Coordinate inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, ordering, and inventory control to optimize product availability. Handle cash register operations, POS transactions, cash handling, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity. Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing displays, pricing products competitively, and executing promotional campaigns. Support recruiting efforts through interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees to build a strong team foundation. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are a plus. Knowledge of retail math, POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures. Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in training & development, team management, and employee orientation.
