Job Description:

Grocery Associate A Grocery Associate is responsible for maintaining the grocery department's organization, cleanliness, and product availability. The role includes stocking shelves, rotating products, assisting customers, and ensuring that all items meet store quality standards. Grocery Associates support daily operations by keeping the sales floor well-presented and providing friendly, efficient service. Key Responsibilities Stocking shelves and displays: restock products, rotate inventory (FIFO), and ensure accurate labeling.

Maintaining department cleanliness:

keep aisles, shelves, and backroom areas clean and organized.

Assisting customers:

help shoppers locate products and answer basic questions.

Checking product quality:

remove damaged, expired, or low-quality items.

Receiving and organizing deliveries:

unload merchandise and prepare it for stocking.

Following safety and sanitation guidelines:
