Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties Interact with our fellow hosts and guests with a friendly and helpful manner at all times. Comply with Callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations at all times. Must have knowledge of department of health standards or the ability to learn. Must have knowledge of specific food and beverage storage needs as well as various other product information or have the ability to learn. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive a company vehicle. Must work well with a team. Be able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity. Be able to interact with guests and hosts in a friendly service-oriented manner. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming to include wearing a name tag and proper uniform. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations. Qualifications Must be flexible with working on weekends and holidays. This position's responsibility spans over multiple venues and outlets. Working closely with others is required. Open communication is necessary. Must be able to lift or move at least 25lbs regularly. Must be able to work in any weather condition. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
