Job Description

As a Facilities Team Leader, you will maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional restaurant environment by managing our equipment and inventory. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly while supporting the team in daily operations. What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of the restaurant Coordinate with leaders and vendors for maintenance and service needs Place inventory orders to keep the store fully stocked Identify and communicate maintenance or equipment issues Keep storage areas organized and efficient Assist in daily operations and lead shifts as needed What We Offer Hourly pay: $16.50 - $19.00 Free college degree program (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's) Flexible schedule with Sundays off Free meals and uniform Growth opportunities within Chick-fil-A This Role Is a Great Fit If You Are organized and pay attention to details Enjoy working with tools and machines Take initiative and follow through on tasks Enjoy solving problems and keeping things running smoothly Are dependable and can work with minimal supervision Are willing to lead in operations and support the team during busy shifts Applicants without prior leadership experience may be considered for a Team Member role with opportunity to grow into this position.
