Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented GM/HABA Lead to oversee our General merchandise and health and beauty department. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability. Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Ensures department operations are within the labor percent allowed. Monitors and controls all costs and expenses; includes maintaining proper ordering and inventory control, ensuring proper weighing procedures, controlling shrink, and monitoring ad displays. Ensures weekly flyer ads are in stock and ready for sale during business hours and that products for upcoming ads are ordered, in stock, and available for processing. merchandise receive freight keep an accurate account of inventory Skills • Must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times. Ability to adapt to the ever-changing volume retail while working in a cross-functional team environment.
