Main Responsibilities Assist the Grocery Manager in directing daily operations of the Dairy Department, including supervising and training associates Ensure dairy products meet quality standards by stocking, rotating, facing merchandise, and removing expired or spoiled items Order, receive, store, and manage dairy inventory, including backroom organization and inventory controls Maintain clean, organized shelves, coolers, and work areas in accordance with company and food safety standards Monitor and document temperatures of dairy cases, coolers, and freezers Build and maintain dairy and grocery displays, including seasonal and promotional merchandising Provide friendly, courteous customer service and support suggestive selling efforts Train and coach associates on dairy stocking, conditioning, and merchandising standards Support grocery department operations as needed, including stocking, order writing, cashiering, and reclamation processes We Are Looking for Candidates Who Possess the

Soft Skills Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced retail environment A positive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction Dependability, accountability, and professionalism Ability to stay organized and calm while managing multiple tasks and time pressures Competencies Supervising, training, and coaching retail associates Merchandising, product rotation, and inventory management Ordering and receiving dairy and grocery merchandise Applying food safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards Basic cash handling and point-of-sale operations Knowledge Knowledge of grocery and dairy products, pricing, and store layout Understanding of product rotation, expiration codes, and spoilage prevention Familiarity with inventory systems and handheld ordering devices Awareness of safety procedures and equipment operation standards Abilities Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to follow instructions, company policies, and customer service procedures Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when needed Ability to use registers, self-checkout systems, and handle all forms of payment Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise (up to 60 lbs.), and to stand or walk for extended periods Educational Requirements No formal education requirement specified; applicable retail or customer service experience preferred Travel Requirements No travel required; position is based in a single retail store location Other Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age and able to operate a baler and electrical equipment Successful completion of all required company training programs Ability to work in cold environments, including coolers and freezers Must adhere to company uniform and appearance standards We also provide a variety of benefits including: Competitive wages paid weekly • Access to up to 50% of your earned wages before payday, via our partnership with Stream Associate discounts Health and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)
