We are looking for a motivated candidate who has experience with TO-GO and Delivery kitchen operations. Candidate must be loyal to ownership and management; and must also possess quick decision-making skills and a strong work ethic. Essential Functions •Included but not limited to•Supervise/Lead shift ensuring shift operates at the highest level. Deliver highest level of customer service. Assist with opening and closing tasks. Open or close with a team. Must possess an ability to delegate. Accurate and honest cash drawer and tip management. Be a menu expert. Follow prep and salad recipe standards. Follow proven systems for set-up, stock and close.
