Job Description
Job Summary The Store Member is the first point of contact for customers seeking to improve their health and fitness. You will provide tailored product recommendations, maintain a pristine shopping environment, and manage daily retail operations. This role requires staying current on 2026 wellness trends, including bioavailable nutrients, gut health protocols, and personalized vitamin stacks . Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting supplements and health products Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Execute basic retail math for transactions, discounts, and pricing adjustments Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment Assist in supervising store operations when needed, including training new team members Skills Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales and inventory management Previous supervising experience is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively without being pushy Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product placement techniques Phone etiquette skills for handling inquiries professionally over the phone MUST have personal experience with fitness and supplement use Ability to demonstrate products confidently through demos and explanations This position offers an engaging work environment where you can grow your retail sales expertise while helping customers achieve their health goals.
