GED Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Counter Clerk greets and assists all customers with various tasks.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude towards all customers and employees. Collect titles and enter into the system. Collect payments and process deals. Give gate passes to dealers after sale. Assign titles to buyers. Assist customers with prompt and courteous attention. Assist dealers with checking in on Auction Day. Responsible for accuracy in all documents. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
At least two years of customer experience required.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and working on a computer.
