Saturday•Monday, 5:00 AM•5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking detail-oriented Merchandise Handler II associates to join our Personalization team. This role is responsible for operating embroidery and etching equipment, packaging customer orders, and ensuring high-quality personalized products are produced accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate embroidery and etching machines to personalize merchandise. Set up machines, thread colors, designs, hoops, needles, and related equipment. Package, label, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Perform gift packaging according to brand standards. Conduct quality checks to ensure personalization is completed accurately. Clean, oil, and maintain embroidery and etching equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Rotate between departments as needed to support business demands. Participate in ongoing training and process improvements. Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety expectations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse experience as a picker, packer, or stocker preferred. Experience operating embroidery or etching equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to differentiate colors. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic English communication skills. Comfortable learning new technology and processes. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and move up to 65 lbs independently and heavier items with assistance. Ability to bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
